I had a great experience at this hotel, especially with the outstanding service provided by Franklin, who tirelessly managed a full restaurant on his own. The location is perfect for exploring and there’s on-site dining, although I wish room service was available during the holiday period. Overall, this hotel felt welcoming and offered good value for the price, with clean and modern rooms. However, the subway cleanliness was a downside.

The hotel has a great deal with nice packages that enhance the overall experience, including free parking and museum tickets. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, making for a pleasant stay. However, the experience was marred by loud outside construction noise and a lack of onsite food options, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The alarming incidents raised serious concerns about safety procedures that were unsettling during the stay.
